Siobhan Carroll
I have worked in the Care Sector for over 16 years now. I have worked as a carer, a care coordinator, Keyworker, Team and now Registered Manager. My main experience is from care in the community, which is my passion.
I have my Level 5 Certificate in Health & Social Care as well as Train the Trainer certificates in Safeguarding. Moving & Handling, Medication and Basic Life Support.
I am a mum to one little boy and come from a large, close-knit family. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and maintaining those strong bonds is incredibly important to me. I have a deep understanding of the importance of protecting our loved ones, doing what’s best for them, and respecting their wishes for the future. These values guide both my personal life and the care, commitment, and compassion I bring to my work.

I have worked in the Care Sector for over 40 years now. I have worked as a carer, an Occupational Therapy Assistant, Keyworker, Team leader and Registered Manager, to name a few. I have worked in care homes and hospitals but primarily in the community, which is my love. For the last 15 years I have specialised in both Live-In Care and Reablement Care.
I have my Level 5 Certificate in Health & Social Care as well as Train the Trainer certificates in Safeguarding. Moving & Handling, Medication and British Life Support.
I am a mum of one lovely daughter, and a granny to two amazing boys. Family is extremely important to me and I therefore understand the importance of why people wish to remain in their own homes to be cared for with family (and pets) around

I started my career in care as a Registered Nurse from the age of 18 years. Since then, I have worked in different areas of care, including a Practice Nurse in a GP Surgery.
I became a Senior Assessor for a Domiciliary Care Agency and worked there for 18 years. Since 2019 I have worked solely in Live-In Care which is a great area of care to work in – keeping people where they want to be – in their own home.
I have gained my Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care and I am a Train the Trainer in Medication.
I am a married mum of two lovely daughters and a grand-mother of three wonderful grandchildren. I live close to my children/family and we get together regularly. I can understand why home care is important to people.

Built Around You
Personalised Care,
Companionship & Everyday Support
Sometimes, it’s simply about having someone there.
Our carers offer friendly companionship alongside practical help, providing reassurance, conversation, and support with everyday tasks. From sharing meals and enjoying hobbies together to accompanying you on outings or appointments, we help you stay connected, confident, and supported at home.

Meals You Love, Made at Home
We believe food should be something you enjoy and look forward to, not just part of a routine.
Our carers support with planning and preparing meals made around the foods you like, at times that suit you, respecting personal preferences, habits, and cultural choices.
By keeping mealtimes familiar and flexible, we help maintain comfort, independence, and the simple pleasure of enjoying good food at home.
Dementia & Memory Care
Familiar care in familiar surroundings.
For those living with dementia or memory loss, remaining at home can offer comfort and reassurance. Our carers provide calm, patient support that focuses on routine, familiarity, and emotional wellbeing, helping reduce anxiety and support independence wherever possible.
Complex & Specialist Care
Experienced support for more complex needs.
We provide live-in care for individuals with more complex health conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke recovery, and general frailty. Care is carefully planned and delivered by carers with the appropriate experience, knowledge, and understanding.
End-of-Life & Palliative Care
Compassionate care when it matters most.
During this sensitive time, our focus is on comfort, dignity, and emotional support. We work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure care is gentle, respectful, and centred around the wishes of the individual.
Respite & Short-Term Live-In Care
Support when you need it most.
We offer short-term live-in care to support recovery after hospital stays, provide respite for family carers, or cover holidays or temporary changes in circumstances — always ensuring continuity and peace of mind.

About Us
Why SMP Care Together was created
At SMP Care Together, we came together through a shared belief — that care should feel personal, respectful, and truly kind.
Each of us has spent many years working within health and social care, supporting people in their own homes and across different care settings. Over time, we saw first-hand how important it is for care to go beyond tasks and routines, and instead focus on the person — their life, their wishes, and what makes them feel safe and comfortable.
We created SMP Care Together to offer something more thoughtful. A service where people are listened to, where care is unhurried, and where relationships matter.
We believe that when care is built on trust, understanding, and genuine connection, people can continue living well in the place they call home.
Our Commitment
What you can expect from us
At SMP Care Together, our commitment is simple — to care for you in a way that feels respectful, personal, and genuinely kind.
We understand that choosing live-in care is a big decision. That’s why we promise to take the time to listen, to understand what matters to you, and to provide care that fits around your life, not the other way around.
Our commitment is to:
-
Treat every person with dignity, respect, and compassion
-
Provide care that is tailored to individual needs, routines, and wishes
-
Carefully match carers to ensure comfort, trust, and continuity
-
Maintain clear communication and transparency at all times
-
Support independence while offering reassurance and safety
-
Deliver care that feels calm, unhurried, and human
We are committed to maintaining high standards of care while never losing sight of what truly matters — how care feels to the person receiving it.
